Foundations in Reflective Supervision/Consultation

September 8, 2025 @ 1:00 pm - September 22, 2025 @ 4:00 pm

Reflective Supervision/Consultation (RS/C) is a crucial practice for organizations and individuals working to support young children and their families. Reflection is a developmental process that is influenced by past experiences and relationships. RS/C creates an intentional space for professionals to re-experience their thoughts, feelings, and responses and to reflect on the impact those experiences have on the work they do.

This training provides individuals with the skills needed to begin creating and providing a space of reflection for those they supervise. This interactive training will provide opportunities to not only learn and practice the principles of RS/C but to explore and merge them with your own style and way of being. In this relationship-based space we explore the development of relationships, parallel process, use of self, how to honor and support cultural humility in reflection and much more.
