Reflective Supervision & Practice Symposium – Strengthening Supervision & Transforming Infant & Early Childhood Systems
May 13 - May 14

Join MI-AIMH for two powerful days of connection, learning, and reflection. This year’s theme honors the invisible threads that bind our work. Together we will explore the vital role of trust and vulnerability in supervision, especially when addressing race, identity, culture, and power. Together, we’ll unpack what fosters honest conversations and meaningful support for professionals working with young children and families.
Attendees will receive My Hero’s Journey E-Workbook as we examine topics like ruptures in relationships and the impact of power and privilege. Through real-world examples, we’ll highlight ways to enhance workforce well-being and retention to strengthen early childhood systems.
